Is there anyway to set up highlighting like notes where whatever you highlight in one bible will be automatically applied to other Bibles? This would be such a helpful tool!

No, because there is not a one for one correlation between translations. Translation approaches handle the original languages differently so in one translation it may be a word and in another it would be a phrase or the phrase may be broken up. You can check sympathetic highlighting when doing a study, but it doesn't save to the highlight file.
