According to the library viewer, I can set books to download to web reader on Windows. Does anyone know what this means?

At first I thought it might be the Win8 app (on the non-desktop side). But I can't get that to replicate on my setup. Do you see this in your devices at your profile page at Logos.com?
Wouldn't it be neat if this was some kind of first step in syncing PBs via the web, and eventually mobile devices?

I see it - at first I associatiated it with biblia.com but this has no local resources. So, no idea.

I'm using Chrome as my browser, and google has a feature for offline reading - maybe Logos pushes the biblia.com content out to this feature (and thus would allow users to read their books without an app and without internet connection).
I have Chrome as my default browser, and not seeing it next to Lexham or Vyrso titles.
How do you activate the offline feature. Not seeing it in settings.

It seems you'd need the Google Play Books app. However, I don't have that installed on my machine and probably won't since it requires a google id and so far I've evaded that one.

This relates to books purchased via Google Play. It sounds like Logos might be thinking of something similar, but it won't be this.
I now have two tick boxes for the web reader.
The "Web reader" line is coming from Biblia.com; the ability to (de)select resources for download to it in the desktop app is a bug (it shouldn't be appearing in the list).

Nothing to do with HTML5 local storage; it just means you used biblia.com with a web browser on Windows. (I'm not sure if there are other steps required to trigger this bug.)
This will be fixed in 5.2 Beta 2.
