Downloading my purchased items in Logos 4 Mac

How do I download all my purchased resources in Logos 4 Mac? I had earlier bought Logos 4 for Windows. Now I use a MacBook. I have installed Logos 4 in Mac and signed into my account too, but all my purchased resources are not automatically downloading. Is there anything I need to do to activate this download?

To answer your question directly: All you need to do is download the L4 engine, enter your username and password. Your resources should automatically download and index (which may take awhile).

One question: Is there a reason you are not downloading the free L5 engine instead? As long as your Mac is running 10.6 or newer, you are encouraged to download the L5 engine. See the install link in my signature line.

I re-read your post and see that you already entered your credentials. If you have verified that your credentials are correct, you should call Logos. There isn't anything you are supposed to do other than install the engine and enter your info... all else should be automatic.

What version of L4 did you install?
