Strange things revealed on product site

It's nice to be informed that Carson/Beale's Commentary of OT Sue in the NT won a medal in 2008 (and I still regret buying this resource in a competitor software some time ago and thus lacking it in Logos) but: why so in FF Bruce's NIGTC Commentary on Galatians?

And who or what is "the important one above the Product Details section" - Bob's new nickname? A stealth product manager - maybe the individual who wrote the praise for Bruce's book in the Catholic Biblical Quarterly which is printed right above the product details section?

Questions over questions.....
