Proclaim crashing repeatedly on song entry

We're using Proclaim on a two-year-old iMac, running 3.2 GHz Intel Core i3 with 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM.

Proclaim has repeatedly crashed before service starts whenever we're entering a song into the Order of Service. On average, it happens 3-5 times before a service. I would be happy to upload a crash report, but am not sure where they are located.

Sorry to hear this, that must be really frustrating. Would love to see the logs from your system. Please attach to a reply to this thread.

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Thanks for getting back to me. It has been frustrating, but we've dealt with it since Proclaim has so many other good features. But when songs need to be entered on the fly it's made things look less-than-excellent.

Thanks for uploading the logs. I have a hunch for where to start looking now but it would be great if you could additionally provide the following

Restart proclaim
Start adding songs like you normally would and get Proclaim to crash
Before restarting Proclaim retrieve the Proclaim.log file and attach it to a reply to this thread

This log file including the crash will help give us more context to help diagnose the issue. Thanks!

See upload. It actually performed better than usual tonight. Although each time I entered a new song, the song would first come up blank. If I duplicated it and re-entered the song title, the slides would populate.

The file I really need is the Proclaim.log file located in the Logging directory (mentioned earlier). The problem is I really need it from a session which ended in a crash. Once you restart Proclaim the file is recreated and the information is lost.

I had the same issue, I sent a message through Facebook with the error logs..
