4.0.3 No Bible Link Pop-ups

I can get pop-up references for other resources, but I tried Bible links in multiple commentaries and could not get any of the Bible links to pop-up.  They all say "not available."  I tried restarting the app with no effect.  The ESV is my default Bible.  I specifically tried Carson's John commentary and the Commentary on the New Testament's Use of the Old Testament.

Any ideas?

Never mind.  I forgot that I had problems opening my ESV on Sunday.  It turns out that my download had corrupted somehow.  I removed the ESV from the device and re-downloaded it.  It works normally now.  Sorry about that!
