I am on a Mac running Logos and when I click the app, the "Signing In" grey icon comes up in the center of the screen but does not load and instead exits the program. I followed the instructions at https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/install to delete the program and reinstall it. It did not fix the problem.So now I have 2400+ books I cannot read. From your logs, it appears that you have a malformed database file. With Logos closed, move your Updates.db file to the desktop and restart Logos. The path is listed below. Remember, in OSX 10.7 and newer, your user library is hidden by default.
The path to the file is: /Users/StartUp/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/javcmwt3.zbx/UpdateManager/Updates.db
If this works, you can move the file to the trash can. If it doesn't work, please submit new logs.
