SBL Handbook of Style Footnotes not correct

When copying a sentence from a theological journal into MS Word the footnote lack the authors name. For example,

^{^[1]}Review and Expositor 100, no. 3 (2003): 457.

according to the SBL Handbook of Style the authors name must be included in the footnote.

Am I missing something?

I don't have that particular journal but copying from another journal into Word does bring the author's name.

A few questions:

what version of Logos software are you using?
are you running on Mac or Windows?
what do you have "Citation Style" set to in Program Settings?

The problem is that only newer Logos resources support individual article citations. Older resources only support citing the whole resource. Occasionally, older resources have this functionality added, but it's a laborious manual task, and I doubt it will happen for the journals, which in any case were produced by a third-party, rather than by Logos.
