unable to change picture

Wen I try to update my picture on Faithlife page nothing happens. no messages, nada.

It is possible that my new file is too big/little wrong format, size, etc, but how am I to know what is expected? normally, there is a line advising something to the effect "JPG files only, less then 500px and under 300kB" or something to that effect.

I have been trying for a few weeks now, no success.

What browser are you using? And if you know, which version of that browser? We should be handling very large pictures correctly but older browsers will handle them slightly differently.

Interested in reading your post re photos. I have changed mine within Faithlife and understood that
it would also change within Logos 5 e.g. when looking at my own posts but having recently changed photos
in Faithlife the old photo still remains within logos 5. I'm using IE 11. Can anyone offer any help please?
