Hi Sara - and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to see you are having problems.
From your log file your library catalog is corrupted. If you delete it, Logos will automatically recreate it and - hopefully - you should be fine.
There is a thread discussing a similar issue at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/76055.aspx which will provide a little more context and how to help find the file if you can't easily do so.
In your case you should delete the file - /Users/sarawebster/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/q74zqdfe.daf/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db and then restart Logos.
Please let us know how you get on.
Graham
Sara—Welcome to the forums.
Just one comment on Graham's good advice. In Mac OS 10.8.5 the Library folder is hidden by default. To open it use the Go menu from the Finder. When you depress the Option key the Library folder will appear in the list of this menu. You can then follow the rest of the path Graham listed.
