The major differences in this edition are that the layout is easier to read, there is a more robust table of contents, there are running headers, multiple errors in the prior manuscript were corrected, Dr. Ferguson augmented some footnotes, there is a Foreword by Jack P. Lewis, there are 5 different indexes, and the back cover displays three recommendations from Tom Alexander, Robert K .Oglesby, Sr., and Darryl L. Tippens. The prior edition had 93 pages, but the current edition has 140 pages. All prior editions are out-of-print. Lastly, only this edition is available in an e-book.
