Just updated Proclaim. After update this occurs.
When one clicks on "Details" the attached text file opens.
The process is the same even after rebooting the computer.

I am sorry to hear about your frustrations here. After looking at your logs, I would suggest uninstalling Proclaim, clearing the cache of the internet browser you using, and doing a fresh install of Proclaim from proclaimonline.com. If this does not work, then contact customer support at 800-875-6467. I am sorry for your inconvenience.
