Some Guide frustrations

I think I solved the first frustration which was opening a Guide in the other panel i.e. have it partially open. But then it would be beneficial if all links from the Guide opened in the other panel e.g.

ESV in main panel, BKC in bottom panel (partially open):

PG from ESV opens in the bottom panel
links to a commentary open in same panel (prefer main panel)
press back button to resume PG
links to a passage open in the main panel (ESV is preferred bible)

I believe this is now fixed for the next release.
