No sign-in fields showing

Okay, here goes.

I tried three times to let my new Logos 4
Platinum upgrade go through the indexing process.  In all three
instances, it stopped at the three hours remaining spot due to a
indexing failure. Each time I would reboot and let it run again only to
receive the same error at about the same "time remaining" spot.

I
figured there must have been a glitch in the original download, so I
uninstalled the program and it's prerequisites.  I downloaded the
upgrade again.

Everything went fine until the login box
appeared.  The entire left section where you enter your email and
password is blank.  The right section tells me I can create a new
account using the internet or not using the internet, however if I
click on the using the internet link, it takes me to logos.com and
shows me logged in.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several
times and even restore my system to a time before I did the original
upgrade.  I still receive this same anomaly.

Does anyone know why the sign-in area is blank?  Is this normal?  What am I doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.

Tech support had the answer, which I am posting here in case anyone else has this problem.

In the login window select "...without using the internet." Select Work Offline in the next window. On the window that opens, press Ctrl and click in the serial number box. Now select Never in the lower left corner.  Reboot your computer, when it comes back up it will begin the preparing process.

I don't know if this will work if you are already have installed L4, but it definitely worked to finish the installation.  My L4 is indexing as we speak.
