another question about updates

Hi. Here's another question about resource updates.

When does Logos4 know when to replace an old .lbxlls resource with the new .logos4 format?

I noticed on a friend's notebook that he has a few resources in the .logos4 format, but those same resources are still .lbxlls resources on my notebook. I tried "update now" and "update resources" but it just says that there are no new updates.

The funny thing is that when I copied those new .logos4 resouces into a flash drive and did a scan on it, it did replace the old .lbx files with the new ones.

Henry, that sounds strange.

Update Now is simply for incremental updates... what has changed on the Logos Server since the last update.

But, Update Resources should scan your entire resource folder and compare the files with those on the Logos server - this takes a long time. Did you leave it to work?
