Please help. Urgent! Logos 5 won't sign in

My Logos updated today to a newer version and now I cannot sign in. I tried rebooting a few times, but no luck. It just says signing in with the circle spinning... and that is it.

I have waited more than an hour already, but no luck. I have work I must finish ASAP and without Logos it is going to take a lot more work.

Hi Sarel -

You can try this:

Close Logos down. Then hold your Ctrl button down. While keep it held down, open Logos. It should take you to a sign in screen. Check "blank layout" and then click on "Work Offline."

That should get you back into the program. If you wanted it to open to your last layout, it should be saved under layouts.

If that does not get you back up, you will need to post logs to the forum. You can use the following guide to generate your logs:

After rebooting several times, trying to access Logos offline (with Ctrl) and getting Diagnostics running (all with no success) I decided to do a system restore. Logos is running again, so at least I can continue my work for now. I will tend to the update later when I am not pressured for time. Thanks for all who tried to help me.
