My Logos 4 has been in the "preparing library" for over 72 hours. Any suggestions? Can I use my disc to aid this process? Is there any way to "check" on how far it is along.

If the blue logos icon has appeared in the task bar, you can hover your mouse over it and it will estimate how long you have left indexing your library. However, it sounds to me like you might not have got this far yet.
