I updated to Mavericks on my laptop (Macbook Pro), and trying to copy and paste a document in Pages, it is no longer automatically footnoting my reference. Any idea what to do?
I do not believe Pages 5.0 supports Logos' use of hyperlinks as footnotes.
If you are looking for Pages to include the reference or citation from Logos as a footnote, I do not believe the option is available right now. Mavericks might have changed the way citations work in the quotes, I am not sure.
I would submit a feature request to Logos so they can include it in an upcoming service release. I don't have the link for submitting requests in front of me, but one of the regulars probably can provide it.
The problem lies in the new Pages 5 rather than in Mavericks. Pages 5 has left out many features which were available in Pages 09 (4.3). There is really nothing that Logos can do about this. It's up to Apple.

Alan is correct - this has to do with changes made to Pages, not Mavericks.
That being said on my machine anyway. The former Pages was left in the iWork folder so your old Copy of Pages may be there too...
