I just purchased logos 4 and they guided me to purchase the download and later order the disks. But after getting it I am getting an error where the download prerequisites does not succeed. I need to know what to do now.

Is that the precise wording of the text? What kind of internet connection are you using? Do you have a firewall installed?
In the box - Logos 4 setup it says
The installatin of the Logos 4 Prerequistes did not succeed.
Do you have .NET installed? That is, unfortunately, the only suggestion I have. This is probably a customer (technical) service issue.
You also need to be logged on as admin to install the pre-requisites. If that's not how you're normally logged on, log in as admin to install them, but cancel the rest of the Logos installation. Then log in as normal and continue the installation.
