Latest Update to Logos 5 causing problems

Automatic Update downloaded the latest update, but Logos 5 cannot re-start.

I'm using Windows 7

The error windows says: I do not have access to Logos.msi. I have searched for this file on my PC but it is missing. I urgently need to use Logos today as I have set aside today to complete a project.

Yes I have tried this twice and now I have no access to Logos at all. This is unfortunately wasting too much valuable time. I will have to use my SwordSearcher program to try to complete my project. Logos has let me seriously let me down when I needed it most.

What error messages do you get?

Logos has let me seriously let me down when I needed it most.

Are you aware you can access many of your resources at bible.faithlife.com? Not in any way a complete replacement but it might help in the short term.

You can uninstall Logos - http://wiki.logos.com/Uninstall_Logos and then reinstall using the link referenced above.

(as far as I know this doesn't delete the associated data files)

But I can't tell whether this will solve your problem.

Still struggling with this problem - tried recovering my whole hard drive from a saved image file - hours and hours of work, but as soon as Logos installed the latest update I get the same error message: Error writing to file Logos.exe.mui and then Logos 5 no longer works.

Not sure how many a "large number" is, however, the command update resources (type it in the Logos command bar) will review your library and compare it to your license and should download whatever is missing (except for personal books).
