From a brief scan of your logs it looks as though there are a number of different issues going on at different times.
I also note you are running Logos 5.1
My suggestion - upgrade to the latest stable release (5.1B Service Release 1 announced at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/76762.aspx)
Then, if a crash occurs running this latest software upload a new set of logs with a description of what was happening at the time.
Meanwhile, hopefully someone more familiar with the Mac environment may be able to comment on the logs you have provided.

Also noted a number of old logs in your archive. It might be worthwhile to clear the logging folder while Logos is not running. Upon application restart new logs will be generated.
I found more errors than my ability to analyze. Try posting a new set of logs if the problem continues with the latest version of L5.
