Restoring Mobile Favorites after reinstalling Logos for iPhone?

Logos Version: 3.5.0

I had to uninstall some apps on my iPhone to update to 7.0.3, and foolishly chose Logos as one of them. I had half forgotten about all of my highlights and Mobile Favorites, but also subconsciously expected that they would be saved with my account. Once I reinstalled Logos all of those were gone!

Is there any way to recover them from my account? Are they not saved in the Logos cloud, or something? When I log in online I don't see anything indicating any data saved with my account. I haven't purchased anything, I just created an account online and installed the free app on my iPhone.

Hi 1bru1 - and welcome to the forums.

your highlights and mobile favorites should have been saved in the cloud and should be restored to your iPad.

are you sure you are using the same account details to log back in?

Also in 3.5.0 you can select which Notes documents are enabled for any document - and with highlights being stored in notes documents I wonder whether those are turned off in the resources you are looking at.

to check this, click in the resource, select Aa from the menu and press the notes option at the bottom. Then check whether the notes files containing your highlights are enabled for that resource.

    hope this helps, Graham

Thanks Graham! Your post prompted me to try different log in details, and YES, all my stuff is back. I guess I initially created another account, and ditched it. All's good now that I'm using the correct account credentials. Duh!
