Missing Book on PC, Available on iPhone

Hi, I just purchased the Logos 4 Scholar package a few days ago and finished a full download and indexing, and attempted a syncing ('no new updates available').

I did a search of the Library for two books in particular (similar series, need to use one soon) -- Open Book On Mark, and Open Book on John. These don't return anything on the search and don't exist in the Library as I scroll through. They appear and are accessible on my iPhone, so i added one to my favorites to access on the PC version. Opening the PC version back up, it appears listed as a 'Mobile Favorite', but says 'Resource Unavailable' with a link to Logos.com upon clicking.

Called tech support and they said I should have access to it, referred me to a higher up tech support but have been waiting on the phone for a loooong time...

googling around, I found ftp access to lbxlls versions of the book here (http://wiki.logos.com/compare.aspx?id=3d39a281-f795-4c3e-b024-064cfc4468a1&before=10&after=11) but I'm not sure how to use .lbxlls files especially since everything works on a licensing scheme?

any ideas or help would be appreciated! thanks!

I don't appear to have those resources, and can't see them on the wiki page you linked. Nevertheless:

Download the files into a folder on your computer.
In Logos 4 type scan c:\foldername\

Logos 4 should copy the files into it's own resources folder.

If it doesn't work, turn logging on, exit and reload Logos and run the scan command again, then post your log here so we can see what the problem is.

That seemed to work!

I tried it with the 'Open Door on Mark' books, and the .lbxlls file appears in the system folders with the .logos4 files, correctly appears in the software itself.

I'm still missing 'Open Door on John', which I hope to fix the same way -- i'm just worried these aren't the only two books missing. Is there a way to export or text-list all the installed texts so I figure out what I have and don't have?

Unfortunately not, but you can try the bibliographic report in my signature for a work-around.
