I read the post on bug reporting and am posting this issue properly (with bug in the subject).
I've used Proclaim since day one in two different churches and had no problems until today... and boy was today a problem. 30 minutes before service, it crashed... "Proclaim has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly... Windows..."
Restarted computer 4 times... same thing... bring in the backup computer... same thing... restart... same thing... uninstall/re-install... same thing... pull up on tablet... won't work there either. Tried later on Mac (seriously... same thing)... so now, Windows 8, XP, Android tablet and Mac... no luck.
Service was a mess... no lyrics for songs... no before and after service music... old power point for the message... mess... embarrassing.
After more troubleshooting... we think it has something to do with a PowerPoint we upload for announcements... reason is... on the Mac, they were able to open an old presentation... but then today's and it crashed... retried and crashes immediately (because it defaults to last opened).
Long story short... I can't open anything any more because it's trying to open today's presentation... I can't even open to begin a new presentation or open any of the older one's... I'm completely stuck and I need two things...
1. I need to get in so I can use proclaim again.
2. I need to know what to do to fix this quickly if it happens again.
I'm available for troubleshooting... please... please... please help me... I don't want to go through this again.
