Idea: Hyperlinking of resource text

I think a useful feature would be if we could change any resource text into a hyperlink to another resource.

For instance, If I come across a person in a resource I can link to a biography with some info on the person and that particular event. Through the years a library could get networked together pretty well.

I realize you can do this with notes now, but I mean highlight any resource text and have an option to turn it into a hyperlink to a note file, clippings or another resource. 

Would this be something that many would find useful?

That suggestion focuses on creating links that other users would eventually benefit from; I'm not sure if you were thinking in that direction, or just of enhancing your own library with perhaps more "subjective" links, rather than the more "objective" task of simply linking missing data type references.
