I clicked on help and typed: Bookmarks, then the program shut down. I tried it several times and each time the prorgram crashes. Any ideas?

This is a bug caused by an accidental release of the help file for 4.0a. 4.0a is in release candidate status, so it should be safe install over your 4.0 SR-7. This will fix the problem. Or, you could delete the help file and wait for Logos to redownload the correct one. Personally, I'd update to 4.0a.

If you decide not to upgrade to 4.0a yet, it's not quite as simple as deleting the help file and waiting for Logos to redownload the correct one. Here is the workaround for this problem, described on the Logos Wiki.
