Bug: Bible verses lose formatting and translation

For the last few weeks we have had issues with Proclaim changing Bible translations and formatting. Last week only about half of the bolded text and underlining were kept when the service was opened on the projection PC.

Today, we are unable to change the translation to NASB on our Macs, but can on the PC. It shows up when searched for, but nothing happens when we click on it. Also, only about half of the formatting that was done actually got saved and showed up when the service was reopened.

Things were working smoothly until about three weeks ago. Not sure what's happening.

Hello Jonathan,

I am unable to reproduce the issue you are having with text formatting (all text formatting works between two platforms). Are there any additional steps to reproduce this issue that you know of?

However I did have trouble changing the translation for a bible service item on Mac. I was able to do it, but it looks like you need to click a very specific spot or else it is not responsive. I filed a bug report for this, but for the time being if you click right above the name of a bible translation on Mac, it should change to that translation.
