Trouble starting Logos 4

Hi,

I've installed Logos 4 but have troubles starting it. The logo screen comes up and then says "Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working" on a Microsoft mesage box.

I tried to create a log file by holding down the control key but I couldn't find the file. I presume that it musn't have got around to creating it before it crashed. It crashed before the sign-in screen appeared.

When I open the debugger (this is an option that comes up on the Microsoft message box), the exception is "System.IO.FileNotFoundException was unhandled

Message: Could not load file or assembly 'PresentationFramework, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

MS Windows Vista Business SP2 - 32Bit
Intel Core Duo T2350 @ 1.86Ghz
1GB RAM

one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." makes me think it's a .NET/Windows Presentation Foundation problem. Try updating/repairing your .Net installation.

I think Kevin's insight is correct. Typing the error message into google gives a reference to the 3.5 NET framework here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.dependencyproperty.aspx

It would seem that something is missing from your NET installation.
