Logos 5 locks on Win7 machine

Hi,

I am having a consistent problem with Logos 5 locking up on my Win7 machine. I have deleted former layouts (thinking they may be corrupted), but still the same problem. Here are my Logos Log and Error Log files.

Hi Jerry - and welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately there is nothing in the logs that tells me why Logos 5 should lock up (maybe others can get more from them)

A couple of questions:

is there anything particular you are doing just before it locks up?
what do you mean by "lock up"? What are the symptoms and how do you recover?

By "lock up", I mean that I cannot move my mouse, my keyboard is dead, and all I can do is a hard reboot via a power cycle of my machine.

I would be very surprised if Logos were causing your computer to totally lock up in this way.

Have you made any other changes recently?

Are you able to look at Windows log files to see if they throw any light on what is going on?

Here are my Logos Log and Error Log files.

I see an Sqlite error which may indicate a corrupt database. Delete the folder C:\Users\Jerry\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\2bjsksuv.fjh\UserPreferences2 and restart Logos; which should recreate the files from the server.
