I was running Logos and noticed the yellow alert icon. I clicked on it to download/install an upgrade. When Logos started back up again (presumably it was now running version 5.2 RC 1) it still had the yellow alert icon, this time telling me there were some resources to update, so I clicked to download those. I switched to some other app to keep busy while the download was happening. Next thing I knew there was an error message on my screen saying the Logos Indexer had stopped working.
Here are all the log files from today. LogosIndexerCrash.txt had not been updated recently, so I didn't include that one.
UPDATE: I saw that, though the Indexer had stopped working, Logos was still running after I closed that error box. I noticed that the alert icon was still there, so I tried to click again to download resources, and nothing happened. Here's a video of that interaction: http://www.screencast.com/t/hHdNkPTLjJj
Third issue: the icon for my Logos program in my taskbar area (Windows 7) turned into a generic icon:
