Logos 5 on Mavericks

Hi there,

Just downloaded Mavericks and purchased Logos 5 Bronze. I was really excited to start using the resource but have been getting "Preparing to download...this could take a while" message for a very long time...seems to be spinning without taking steps forward. The other post I saw about this seemed to have a workaround based on a backup of Logos 4...since I'm brand new I can't do that. What should I do?

What should I do?

Downloading the resources can take quite a bit of time... but I have had the program get stuck like that before as well. If you feel it has been stuck for a very long time, feel free to restart your computer and start up logos again.

Seth could try forcing Logos to quit and restart the application before resorting to Windows-type troubleshooting [:D] [;)]
