Books on tool bar fall out due to back dated layout

All too often the reference tools which I want to keep on the bar have a few missing because when Logos comes back on I am looking at my work page layout that is from a month ago. It appears I am not locking in my most references on tool bar or for some reason it will not come up to my most recent layout. For example when I start to study it does not have the references on the toolbar which I put there the night before or a week before. Today Nov. 9 when I pulled up logos to retrieve my layout from yesterday the working pages I had before me were the ones I had in front of me on Oct 10. This does not happen but about once a month now. How can I be sure and leave my "desk" as it was when I left it. Love Logos but so into my ongoing studies I don't think I ever took the time to learn some basics like this!?

Welcome to the forums David. Update your layout in the layouts menu before you close logos. See http://wiki.logos.com/Layouts__#How_can_you_update_a_Layout.3f for instructions. Hope this achieves the desired outcome David.
