NIDOTTE: I would like to use it OFFLINE
Hi, I'm happily crazy about my last buy: NIDOTTE, but something is not working properly.
if i keep iPad online, I can read it and move through index, but offline (wifi off) became useless, because it says "cannot load the book"
please help :-)

As Alabama stated, removing book and reinstalling should fix the problem. I've been there, done that. There is a bug in the software that causes this problem.

maybe. It could also be an issue on the Logos servers.
Here is what I would try:
- Kill the app via the multi-task bar, do a complete shutdown of your device, then try to re-download.
- Try using a different internet connection.
- If those don't work, you could try deleting the app, and redownloading both app & resource. NOTE: you will have to redownload notes & offline resources. If you have many of either, it could take a while.

Different internet connection? Sounds like go out of the room and enter again.

I just tried downloading this resource on Android and got the same result. It looks like the server is returning an empty file instead of the actual resource file, which tricks the app into thinking everything was successful (the app DID download a file, it was just an empty file) so the app says the resource is downloaded, but fails to open it.
I actually just ran into this problem late Friday afternoon with a couple other resources, so it sounds like there's something funky going on with the server. I'll make sure someone looks into it tomorrow morning.

I downloaded NIDOTTE onto my iPad thirty minutes ago and it works offline fine. FYI

Did you put your iPad in airplane mode to test the resource offline? If your device is still online, the resource will continue to work and use the online version instead of trying to use the improperly downloaded version.

I did put it in airplane mode to test it. That is why I said "it works offline".
EDIT: I repeated the test this morning and NIDOTTE loads and displays fine offline. I did remove NIDOTTE from my iPad first.

For what its worth, I still use ios 6 on my iPad, having yet to migrate to v. 7.

This is indeed very strange. Can you try one more thing for me? After going into airplane mode and opening the resource, can you try navigating to a different part of the resource using the position slider bar? I'm wondering if maybe you're just seeing it load the cached portion of the resource that it downloaded while you were online. (Not trying to be argumentative here, I just want to really confirm that you were able to download this...it might change how we try to solve the problem)

I second it. Mine cache a few pages, so even offline I can move forward/backa few pages, but if I use slider, or index, it says "error loading the book"

We have identified the problem and are working on a solution. The problem affects resources that have not been updated recently, probably going back about 18 months, though I'm not sure the exact date. I'm not aware of a workaround at this point. I'll post an update here when downloads are working again.
