Please know that my indexing has been stuck at 0% for several days now. I have rebooted computer but still no progress. Attached are my log files.

This happened for me too for a while, but eventually it did continue and finished indexing.
Attached are my log files.
Stop/kill Logos and the Indexer. Then delete the folder C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\gfvx4f1s.4on\BibleIndex and restart Logos.
It did the same thing to me... and indexing is so enjoyable that having an indefinite index makes it even more fun.
