Logos 5, Windows 7, Crash on Startup

Happy Monday!

I love Logos, and that includes version 5. It makes intensives study easier for people with disabilities -including people who do everything using voice recognition software.

I have a problem, and I need to know what information you need from me to make trouble shooting easier.

Logos crashes regularly on startup. It happens almost every time, whether I am on my laptop or my desktop. If I reopen several more times, usually between 2-7 attempts, the problem seems to resolve itself until the next day.

Where should I start looking for the problem?

Please ensure diagnostic logging and then upload logs after a crash and before restarting Logos

I cannot hold down the control key while trying to open. Is there another way to get at this?

I attached the log files anyhow. Maybe the problem is in there?

Enable logging with Java as per http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging. Upload the folder immediately after encountering the problem.

What voice recognition software do you use? Your log shows an infrequent error in Logos that we've not been able to reproduce in-house. It seems possible that it could be caused by a conflict with accessibility software you have installed, so knowing the software you use may help us track down and fix the problem.
