Good morning,
I purchased the package from Precept Ministries many years ago and would like to ask if you have an upgrade available for purchase - I live in South Africa? Blessings, Di Andrews
Welcome to the forums Di. I tired to find this product on Logos' website but was unable to do so. To me it doesn't appear that it is currently being offered but I'd love someone to show me otherwise.
Welcome to the forums Di Andrews. I suggest that you call Logos, or send them an email.

This is my understanding. Logos did not produce Bible Essentials. A third party produced products (like Bible Essentials) in the Libronix format and used Logos' free engine.
You can download the free L5 engine and access your books in L5. You will need to use your same email address that you used to register Bible Essentials.

The question is ambiguous as you don't state what version you have or whether you are running it on Libronix/Logos software.
If you are asking about the 2.1 update of Bible Essentials you can get that via Christianbook.
If you have the Logos edition and its Serial number then you can run it on the newer Logos 4 or Logos 5 software for free (see Customer Support). The individual titles should be available and some of them may be updated for the Logos 4 format e.g. NASB95, NA27, Complete Word Study Bible: KJV.
