Every beta version of L4 crashes

Hi,

I have posted a couple of times but not had a response every time I download and install L4 it immediately crashes with the message Logos quit unexpectedly . I have posted the crash report on here and sent it to customer services.

I have Windows 7 on bootcamp and so I am able to enjoy the considerable benefit of Logos 4 but now I would like to have it on my Mac side as well.

I am running Snow Leopard with all updates.

Hi Steven,

This is not going to encourage you in the plight of your troubles. You might not get an answer here in this forum as it is for Mac v. 1. You need to go to the Logos 4 Mac forum: http://community.logos.com/forums/75.aspx I'm not technical support, but if you post your logs again, I'll do my best to look at them to see what I can find.

First of all, thanks for being willing to install the alpha and help us test it. Unfortunately, crash dumps rarely contain enough information for us to identify a problem. In my signature, is a link to instructions for downloading the latest version of the alpha (Alpha 8) as well as instructions for posting the log files that generally contain the information we need to track down issues.

Post those logs in a new thread on the Logos 4 Mac forum that Donovan linked to and we'll take a look.
