Sharing Presentations

Is there a way to share a presentation with another group? Right now we have a secret group for building the Proclaim presentation. We use this to notify each other of changes, ask questions, post information, etc. We'd like to share the presentation after Sunday Service with the rest of the church for reference. Is there any way we can do this? Since our group is secret others can't follow the group and reference back to the signals on their Logos or FSB mobile apps.

Yes, there is a way to publish presentations (and documents of all types) to other groups. Login at Documents.Logos.com, and you'll see a running list of your documents. Hover on the one you'd like to share, and a blue "Actions" button will appear. Click and select "Publish". You will then be able to select the group where you'd like to share it.

While publishing documents is supported for many document types, it is not supported for Proclaim presentations. Presentations can only belong to one group.
