Our church is looking at Proclaim to replace our current presentation software. We have been working with it for a week or so. Hoping to go live next week. The benefits of being able to edit from just about anywhere would be great. But, it seems that there is no way to set defaults for font characteristics. We would like to be able to change that to a default we prefer. We almost never use black font, but in Proclaim we can't change it to default to white. When we select the outer stroke to highlight the letters it is set to some crazy default that I can't imagine anyone would use often. The drop shadow is another one that seems to be defaulted to something that doesn't suit our tastes. So every slide we assemble that is on a custom background, we have to change the font and it's characteristics because it resets to those basic defaults that we would prefer not to use. It seems a basic option to be able to set the defaults of font characteristics, somewhat surprised not to find it here. We don't have staff to do this, it is just a couple of us taking care of these types of things, it may seem simple to just click around, but when you have to do it for every background change, it adds up
