Le Donne is an interesting voice in "historical Jesus" studies. He's not afraid to take on controversial questions, such as the one in the title, that might have him branded as a heretic by those would say it's wrong to even ask such a question as "was Jesus married?", but --- SPOILER ALERT! --- after exploring all the biblical and historical evidence, he does come down on the side of tradition on this one, that Jesus was celibate.
