Resource from a CD

I just purchased and received the IVP Essential Collection... it showed up on a CD.

I have L4 installed. I DO NOT have v3 installed. When I put the CD in, the installer wants to install Libronix v3. L4 Does not even see the disc and does nothing with it. I tried letting v3 install... but the dialog box never came up to enter the serial number for the IVP stuff... thus, trying to synchronize licenses (in v3) did not work and did not unlock the IVP stuff.

Anyone have any experience trying to get the IVP or anything else that's been shipped on a disc to load in L4?

I can copy the resources to the L4 resource folder... but without a way to serialize them they are locked and unavailable.

Any suggestions?

You can call customer service with the serial number and have them activate the books on your account that way.

In V3, did you "run" find/locate resources under the "Library Management" drop down?

If not, that might do it in locating the resources for V3, then sync V3 then V4.
