Crash: running Syntax Search on 5.2 SR-1

When submitting a Syntax query Logos crashes but there is no crash log. Windows Event Viewer shows:-

Crashes on my wife's touch screen Asus VivoTab Smart, Windows 8 but not on my desktop Win 8 which doesn't have the faulting module!

EDIT: Note that it does not crash if running from the Search panel.

My guess would be a WPF error (or a video driver problem, as it's rare in my experience for WPF to crash without throwing a managed exception, which is something we can log).

A crash dump (http://wiki.logos.com/ProcDump) would give us more crash details, but may not help us find a fix.

I don't know if the reboot helped but it no longer crashes!

The only visible artefact of a video driver problem is that the BSL tree diagram does not appear i.e. the RHS of the display is blank and there is no warning/error produced in the logs? Timeline diagrams are reproduced as are the Clause Visualizer diagrams.
