Biblical Reference Tools Not Working

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone could shed some light on why I keep getting the message "the required resources are not currently available" when trying to use the Biblical Lexicon or Timeline. Further, when trying to use Biblical Facts, absolutely nothing shows.

Am I having these problems because of my recent software updates on Mac? Or are there other reasons that my Logos 5 is not working properly?

I did an update on my software but this has made no difference.

I'm not able to help. But those who can will want to know if you're using a Mac computer or an iPad as well as just where you are in updating your operating system. They will probably want you to upload your Logs as well. Logging is explained here: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Carmen, the update to Logos 5.2 required some new databases be downloaded. If you just updates to version 5.2 that could be the problem. If you think this could be the case, type Update Now in the Command Bar in Logos and his Enter. This will cause Logos 5 to check for missing or updated data as well as program and resource updates. If it finds something, allow it to download and install/index and check those problem areas again.

Hi, Mark.

Thank you for your reply. I did the "update now" and then shut down my computer and restarted it. It seems that I need to restart my laptop (macbook) for the updates to install and then Logos needed to "relaunch". All is working well now, thankfully.
