L4 RC2 Installer error

When I try and execute the installer to download the RC2 files I get a Visual C++ error window citing that the application has requested to terminate it in a unusual way end then exits the installer.

Any ideas or help from all you Beta gurus out there. Need help fast probably won't have internet until I get home on Christmas.

Are you on Windows 7 and have you set the program to run as administrator?

Yes I have Windows 7 64 Bit and I have administrator priveleges. It usually ask if I want to allow it to make changes if it needs administrator access. I will try right click and run as administrator. Just didn't think of that for a loader program. [:$]
