So, Bob's comment about $10 phone calls has gotten me jittery about calling Logos. I realize that's probably a aggregate number and includes a number of factors, so that not every single call is nearly as costly as that. But still, I bet one of the cost factors is the Logos 800 number. I have a suggestion--provide another number that folks can call that won't have a surcharge cost attached on Logos's side. Just a basic long distance land line, for instance. Since most people have cell phones now, or Skype, etc., it doesn't cost us anything to call long distance anyway.
Frankly, I'm not sure what the current cost structures are for these things...a lot of water has passed under the bridge since I last looked into all this. Maybe I'm way behind the curve...I dunno. But there really isn't a need for me to call an 800 number when I want to contact Logos. Just saying. Maybe having another phone option would save a buck or two.
