Using Logos 5 on Mac after latest update, citation footnotes missing

After I updated to Maverick OS and latest version of Pages,  when I copy from Logos into my document my citation footnotes no longer automatically copy into my document.   The option is still turned on in Logos, so I'm thinking it has to do with an option in Pages but I can't find anything.  

Anyone else had this experience?

There has been a couple of discussions in these forums concerning the latest version of Pages. Apple changed things so that the automatically generated footnotes from Logos no longer work. So far, Apple has not provided the necessary information to correct the situation.

Don't know for sure, but I believe this problem also involves other applications.
