Is there an update or work around that allows Logos 5 print/export function to print an entire book or a portion of a book that is more than 100 pages at one time without the 100 page max per printing?
I am using the print function of Acrobat, as a printer, to “print” .pdf files of a books/documents that I have marked up to share with other professors for their review. The .pdf files have proven to be the best for electronic transmission internationally and international use due to its global availability. However, the 100 page maximum in the Logos print function is proving to be cumbersome and tedious to work through.
Thank you,
Tom

The limitation is done for copyright reasons. Under most countries' copyright laws you would not be permitted to share even that portion of a book with others, even in an academic setting, and even for review.
If you're in the US, this might help: http://www.copyright.com/Services/copyrightoncampus/intro/index.html

Peace to you, Thomas! *smile* ...... and Welcome Indeed to the Logos Community Forums where brothers and sisters from the four corners of the world strive to help and support and inform one another in the usage of Logos Bible Software ....
24 hours a day ... Actually, Thomas, the subject you raise is not my expertise; so you may have to wait a bit until someone knowledgeable in this area comes along ..
I've never considered it before; however, just "off the top of my head" 100 pages maximum seems to be quite reasonable to me ...
but - again! - I am for certain not knowledgeable in this area ... ... and -- if you've been doing this type of thing, you know better than I what is appropriate and helpful ............. Wishing you well .... and God's Blessings *smile*
Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........

This is precisely why they have a limit. The license you have to use your Logos software does not allow you to transmit entire books electronically. Even huge chunks beyond the "fair use" policy in copyright laws would be unapproved. You're allowed to quote portions up to a certain percentage of the book content (I'm not sure what the limit is, perhaps 10% or something?) for educational purposes, review, and so on. But beyond that isn't appropriate.
