Morph search to generate word list

I have a goal, but I have no idea how to accomplish this.

Goal: To perform a morph search within a particular passage that will generate every word in that passage in the original language.  For example, right now I want to generate a list of every greek word used in Mark 12:1-12 in the NRSV so that I can see how frequently different words appear.

I've already tried the following searches:

lemma:*, lemma:*@, lemma:*@*, *, *@, *@*

lemma:?, lemma:?@, lemma:?@?, ?, ?@, ?@?

What should I search for?

    Parker,

If all you want is a list of lemmas with counts, you can use a Word List. You'll find them under the Documents tab. Open a new Word List, select the Add 'button' and then choose the NRSV and type the reference into the find box, hit Enter and off you go. Here's a sample:

Here is the list sorted by frequency (Count):

If you specifically need morphological information rather than just the lemmas let me know.

Thank you for your help. Both of those suggestions worked, but now I have a query that's probably more complicated.

Let's say I'm still in the NRSV, still working with Mark 12:1-12, but now I want to pull up a list of every use in the NT of each word in that passage. For example, the word for "farmer" in this passage is γεωργός. So, I can do a morph search to find every NT reference to γεωργός. Now, can I do that same thing with every word in that passage all at once?

The profit of such a search would be to quickly identify the rare or hapax words at a glance. If I absolutely had to, I could do a morph search of each word manually, but it would be SO much faster to have one centralized search.

MVP Mark Barnes has created Personal Book (PB) files for both NT and OT hapax legomena:

For rare words, one option is running an Exegetical Guide, then look at Lexham Analytical Lexicon to the Greek New Testament:

Mark 12:1 has φραγμός that occurs 5 times in the New Testament.
