Reading plans (and other documents) not syncing

Hi,

I've generated some reading plans and want to sync them with my iPhone app, but this is not happening. When I log onto logos.com, I don't see the reading plans there either.

What could be the problem?

My software version is 5.0b SR-4 (5.0.2.0755)

I don't know if it is related, but your desktop software is out of date. 13 versions have been released since.

When I log onto logos.com, I don't see the reading plans there either.

Do you mean biblia.com? Logos.com doesn't have a place to read and view reading plans or resources.

Usually when I log in to logos.com and go to documents.logos.com, the documents generated in the Logos software would be there. There are many old versions, but when I try to make new ones they don't appear...

Well, I should update my software first of all :-)

It should, although there have been times where some users get "stuck" on a certain version. Perhaps that happened to you... unless you TOLD Logos to stop updating (which is found in preferences).

You can download the newest version manually via the "install" link in my signature line.

Yes, the update was the problem. The documents now appear in documents.logos.com and also in the app :-)

And somehow the "Use Internet" in the preference was turned off. So that explains my lack of update!

For interest - the older version of Logos you were using used "Sync V1" which has recently been retired - http://community.logos.com/forums/t/77255.aspx

This would have caused issues with the sync.
