Default text size not changing on 4.0a RC2

I just tried changing the default text size in Program Settings in 4.0a RC2, and nothing changes in the display of the text. It also does not change the font display when I select a different font. It always worked fine before. Even restating the program makes no difference. I am using Windows XP.

My mistake. I just realized there is a separate font for notes now. I was changing the notes font. Sorry!
